Dr. Meadows has been my orthopedic surgeon for 15 years. He has done two rotator cuff repairs on me and both were very successful. I also have sever arthritis that he treats me for, He is very kind and a very skilled surgeon. He always spends time with me and explains the treatments and he also works to keep me as pain free as possible where my arthritis is concerned. I hurt my hand/wrist and saw Dr. Meadows at the recommendation of a friend. It was super easy and fast to get an appointment with him!. I didn't wait long in the waiting room and when I was called I went over some things with the assistant and then only about 5 more minutes to see the doc. He was patient and courteous and listened to everything I had to say. He recommended a cortisone shot which he did right then and there. He said to call him back in 3 days if there was any more pain, but that shot took care of it! - Matthew Franzel

Dr. Meadows accurately diagnosed me, and got me back to work, after multiple other doctors failed. I am a professional dancer and was injured during a job. Because my pain was in my lower leg, at least 4 doctors in the Lancaster, PA area insisted that I had shin splints or compartment syndrome. After listening to me and examining me, Dr. Meadows said it was my back and not my leg that was injured. He confirmed this with an MRI and ordered physical therapy.
